Through my time working with the kids at Asa Messer I really learned the struggle these teachers go through to see these kids exceed. The students I have worked with have come a long way and it made me so happy to see them progressing as the weeks went on. I learned a lot from this experience and I cant wait to have my own classroom so I can help children learn and become better people.

Yes Michelle, you are right the teachers in my bilingual class would try to do new things every week to teach them in a way that they can understand. I think that it is very importand to try to be pro-active with our students, it will help in the long run, it is key to be aware of their culture. Miss Vina And Miss Vargas would change their room setup on a weekly basisand it would be done in spanish themes, I thing it has made an impact on the kids.
